RETURN POLICY

Physical Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Level Up By DK is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. We currently do not generate return labels for international or domestic shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. levelupbydk.com does not accept returns for third- party retailers. 

DIGITAL ITEMS

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds. All digital sales are final.

Refund Policy

If this is your first time with us, we offer a free 7-day trial of the Level Up By DK subscription service so you can try before you buy. Get access to everything for free for 7 Days. After your 7-day trial your credit card will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the current cycle. You can cancel your membership at any time. More detailed information on how to cancel can be found HERE.

Following the completion of the Subscription Period and/or Free Trial, your Subscription Services will automatically renew for the same Subscription Period at the then-current standard rates for access to the same Subscription Services, unless and until they are cancelled or changed by you within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

For Website Subscriptions

For payments made through the levelupbydk.com website for digital subscription services, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase. 

Gift cards of any length are not eligible for a refund. 

There are no refunds for partial Subscription Periods. 

For In-App Subscriptions

Please note, if you subscribed through the app, your subscription is with that third-party (Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon). 

Please see the app store where your subscription is managed for their specific refund policy and guidelines. We are not able to cancel your in-app subscription and we are not able to refund in-app subscription payments.
