Born and raised in Alberta, Canada — I’ve lived and traveled working as an international model for the past 17 years. I spent the last 9 years in New York, but now call Nashville, TN my home, with my fiancé (and our pup Benny).
From an early age, I was always passionate about fitness, health & wellness. My athletic childhood has been an integral part throughout my life and my career.
After years of building up enough courage to educate myself and become certified as a trainer and health and wellness coach — I decided to go for it and turn my passions into a reality. Fitness to me is much more than just working out... It’s a lifestyle that nourishes the mind, body and soul.
I believe in living each day with positivity and gratitude. I believe in community and surrounding yourself with like minded, goal oriented people. I believe in leading with kindness, loving fearlessly and always giving 110%.
